Though the threat of terrorism and political instability still hangs over regional hotspots, neighboring African countries are leading peace negotiations and contributing to solutions. Policymakers in the region are striving to tackle human development challenges with increasing success while African businesses and entrepreneurs are innovating and creating jobs.
